I have been tasked to putting together a basic training document for the sites that have Avaya ..... Is the basic administration course downloadable as it would save me so much work.

We use Intuity LX as a standard but there is approx a 4 week lead time so just was going to replace like for like and change out later

Having trouble sending a FAX from a Message Manager on an Intuity MAP 5. Can view faxes ok Can send to a loacl network machine ok. Can send to a remote machine on the network ok. Trying to send to a external fax machine fails comes back on MM "Address XXXXXXXX@Fax is not valid Any ideas???

Strange problem with showing DDI number to line. If no changes are made to the Definity CSI the main line number is displayed but when i Change trunk group to send name and number and numbering format to Public along with Change ISDN Public the site can't dial out gets NU from the local...

Does Avaya offer the Intuity Audix as a rack mountable option? Most servers now come with the option as a 2U mounting option.

Does anyone know if the Intuity Audix Message Manager software will work with Citrix XPE?
