I need a cable for the AT&T Auxiliary Power Unit (#9024) for my Merlin 1030 unit. It comes with the modular cable, but will not fit into the control unit. In the instruction book it says I need a "Custom Modular Line Cord". Does anyone know where i can get one? Thanks! Bill

Well, I purchased and installed the KS22911 power supply and it did NOT work. The transformer overheated and the thermal overload kept tripping inside of it. So I guess the power supply will not work with the 1030 or the ALT phones, I guess??? I did check the wiring with an Ideal Link Master...

I have a 1030 with 28 VT's and 4 lines. There is one extension located in a garage about 600-700 feet away from the equipment which was just recently installed. Almost every call and intercom call gets disconnected. I changed phones, checked all wiring and connections and tried swapping ports...

Then a follow up question... can i use the cards in the merlin II in a merlin legend? They are 1-408 card, 1-008 card and 1-012 card. Thanks!

I recently purchased an attendant console from ebay, (AT&T Merlin II 72 Display console). I plugged it in and all buttons work except the three columns on the left, these are for direct station dialing, correct? Are they preprogrammed or? I tried to program them and kept getting an error message...

Thanks for the reply. We currently have the merlin 10/30 with 30 phones and about 13 users and 2 receptionists. We will probably be adding more phones. Also, do I need to purchase the MLX-20L phone to program the system? I am not sure about the FML1. Thanks!
