Release 4 IP Office announcement prompts for Queuing
If you do not have a VM Pro server can you setup announcements for the Calling Group Queue, using the *9N1 and the *9N2 short codes and using the wave files in the IPOffice. We have a DuVoice working with the IPOffice and canno get announcement prompts.- BillShepherd
