usb modem installation
I am trying to install an Aztech UM 9800 usb modem on Compaq armada m500 notebook. it recognises the device as an usb device but not as modem. On manually installing the driver also it does not work. the modem works fine on other machines and the usb port on this machine is fine since a CDROM...- bijub
