    Launch a Microsoft Patch Attached to Email Message

    I'm looking for a way to attach and launch a Microsoft patch by attaching it to a Microsoft Outlook email message. The same way a virus works (but in a good way)... with no user intervention and behind the scenes. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
