    Before I forget, I know I could disable the auto logoff I've setup which might work, unless they log off manually, but was more thinking could something be done from their PC to log them on to the phone as the PC logs onto the network. All creative ideas accepted!! :-)

    I don't have much hope that this is actually possible, but I'll give it a go!!! Backstory is that in one of our departments, there are a couple of staff members that tend to log into their PCs, but not their phones at least not for 15-20 minutes on some occasions, despite disciplinary action...

    I think processing the monitor log will be much easier than the original plan!! Run a program over the log files once a day, bosh job done! Apologies to Avaya for killing off their CCR profits!!

    Ah - I think the CCC bit confused me, Delta Server is installed into a folder called CCC, just realised it's not the same thing as you guys are talking about!!! Still, might have a win out of this... Looking at the agents page, I think I've worked out what combination of statuses in the last...

    Lol!! I like that idea :-) I think I got the name wrong - I meant CCC when I put Delta Server, but don't know to use it to get any meaningful info out of it particularly well

    I think I know the answer to this, but I'm gonna ask anyway!! Is there any way (and in the unlikely event we can, how to do it) we can log how long a user is leaving their phone on DND for? We have IPO 5.0 and the Delta Server, if that helps. Cheers

    Just finished the whole shebang... One module is accessed through a shortcode so we can set who is on call. The original divert as part of the existing voicemail module is now changed to check the same variable, and divert accordingly. It might be a case of little things pleasing little minds...
