is there an adapter to go from a laptop hard drive to a desktop ide so that I can format and download an os onto it. If there is an adapter where might I be able to find it. lee- bigfep1

upgrading from 95 to 98 without a cdrom
I have a toshiba tecra 550cdt. I am trying to upgrade from win 95 to win 98, but because win 95 has limited usb support my external cdrom wont load. I need to find another way to upgrade. any ideas would be awsome. thanks lee- bigfep1
