I'm running SP3. There are 2 error messages--one that SMTP didn't start and another that the Web Publishing service didn't start, but neither of those should have any impact on this problem, would they? And the share does show up when I do \\MachineName.

No, I have NTFS setup. And the server service is running. When I right click on a folder I can see the sharing and properties links, but when I click on them the menu goes away and nothing at all happens.
