Call Pilot system down

I have Modular Messaging and a G3si and I'm trying to send out a broadcast email to all mailboxes. x1112 is named broadcast message. How do I sent it out? I tried composing a message and then sending it to x1112 but it keeps saying invalid mailbox. Please Help
