Sounds like you got a bum router... but before we determine that. open it up and reseat all the cards and ram. If that doesn't fix it you read up on it here

clear counters to see if you are increment counters. show frame pvc to see if your pvc bounced or do a show log and see if your interfaced bounced at all. If its bouncing just call it into verizon have them test the circuit.
