my experience with e3719 is, if it happens only on a couple tapes but works fine on others, than there is something wrong with the tape(s). but if it happens on every tape the tape drive may need to be replaced...
You may want to check and make sure the media isn't write protected.
Hi,
I have a number of servers that require the SP3 upgrade, and was wondering if there was a way to create a generic setup.icf that would grab all the current settings from the Arcserve 11.5 SP2 install that they currently have. So that I could silently install SP3 to them.
Any Ideas if this...

You could try doing a DBFix as shown here:
http://supportconnect.ca.com/sc/kb/techdetail.jsp?searchID=TEC389855&docid=389855&bypass=yes&fromscreen=kbresults
Or if you don't mind re-merging tapes, you could try Initializing the database, In Server Admin, select the database engine tab, then go...
Hi,
Is it possible to create a response files for patches?
I've never made one before.
I'd like to be able to silently push 2 arcserve patches using SMS, but only local and remote appear as options when I click the mastersetup.exe
How do I create a response file? or is there a switch that...
I have a check box in that field. but it still only shows active and on hold jobs.
It's like it is ignoring the "display done jobs with the following results" section altogether.
