If you install all the applications under the Administrator profile then the applications should work for all users. I have deployed hundreds of 2000 pro workstations with no problems installing everything under the local administrator profile. Hope this helps.

All I can say is re-check the microsoft client and make sure the domain is checked with the correct domain. Check the identification tab and make sure the domain is right in there. Make sure tcpip is installed. Can you see anything on the network? You may want to try to update your network...

What office version are you running. What mail application is being used? Outlook 2000 or outlook 2002(XP) I am assuming you are using one of these. Maybe you are using outlook express. It would be much easier to know which mail application you are using.
