    Cannot create user.

    I have enabled the Administrator account. I cannot create a user and assign them Admin rights. I can only create a user under parental controls, and users only show up under parental controls. Any ideas. Thanks in advanced

    I have a client who had 15x1 internet. Speedtest showed consistent 15 Megs. Called and got and Upgrade to 35x3. Cable company had to come out and upgrade the modem. Modem upgraded, Speedtest should be in the area of 35 megs. Only pulls 6 megs. I hook direct to the modem and I get around 38 megs...
