I was trying to find a website you could go to showing my phone system. But from what I can see it is an ICS. Learn something new everyday. As for cook1082's question, the signal comes through fine on the phone set when doing Feature 86. So, I know the signal is going through. The saga continues.
O.K., I have to play stupid. This is a basic Nortel Meridian unit. It is a single hang on the wall unit with no extras. Give me a Fujitsu F9600 and I can tell you the difference. Give me a Nortel and I am stupid.

I have a nortel Meridian 8x16. I have an MP-3 plugged in to provide MOH. I can hear the track very well on my side but the callers cannot hear it. Does any one have any suggestions? I am at a loss here.
