    Happened to me awhile ago, too, and turned out that somehow an option to clear the pagefile at shutdown had been turned on. Check in Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies\Security Options : Shutdown-clear virtual memory pagefile to make sure that the option...
