    When I run Spysweeper it detects a running software called COOLWWW.It tells me to close this so it can be removed, but I don't know where or how to close it.     Java/ByteVerify virus

    You can try getting rid of this by turning off your system restore, click on start>control panel>internet options> general tab>delete files. Run AVG and turn your restore back on. Hope this helps. It worked for me.
