"Could not load alert resource" message
If you get this one - on Photoshop 5 and XP in my case - search your drive for a file called "adobefnt.lst". It may be liberally spotted all over the place for some Adobe reason. Delete them or rename them, restart Photoshop, and the problem goes away.- bern333

..and now I've solved it myself - my 7 year old had changed the date to 2029, which rather upset IE6 as all the certificates etc were out of date!- bern333

Suddenly, I can't log in to my own website forum, nor some others, nor can I fill in an on-line order form. I'm using IE6 and W98SE, though they haven't been changed recently Any thoughts?
