You guys rule! Thanks so much for your patience and help. The trick was activating lines 9 thru 14 as DID. Then the rest was a cake walk. (aside from the fact that they hadn't turned the lines up yet!). Any way, I stand educated. Thanks again.

Okay. I think this is the key. I did not go in and configure lines 9 thru 16 as DID. I also blew it by using targets 801 instead of 401 (2 port expansion module).

I also forgot to add that when I check the state of the TC locally it shows 0 lines busy. When I check it on the system I'm having a problem with, I get the same thing.

I just had someone walk through the status for the TM. It is on port 4 and the KSU sees it but it does not see the carts that are in it.
