    Backup Netscape mail

    Save the Users Folder. It is located in Program Files - Netscape. You do need to save the Communicator Folder. Your email, address book and bookmarks will all be in the user folder.

    Yes, I can save to an *.eml format, but we are talking about 200 folders with thousands of emails.

    Yes. That option only imports from versions 2 through 4, not 6 or 7. I do this every day for my clients, but the new Netscapes are different.
