    Can I replace a CX controller with a CXi controller without doing anything special? A customers CX is failing and we cant get a new one from Mitel as it is discontinued, we have a couple CXi's in stock though.

    When an ACD agent makes an outgoing call, the SMDR record shows the agent ID instead of the actual extension number. Is it possible to change this?

    I have a customer with a SX-200ICP. The system is set up with direct trunk keys for the LS line on one phone. The customer would like an analog phone to also ring for incoming calls. Is this even possible, or do I need to remove the DTS keys and make the calls ring to a ring group.

    I have several SX200ICP's that I an adding ARS entry's for IP trunking. When I try to add a leading digit of 3 the system says it is already assigned.     Found the answer somewhere else. It is a bug in 6.0 PR1. Fixed in SP1. Workaround is to go to call coverage services form and enter the VM pilot in the Voicemail tab.
