aloha sales summary report date errors
What happened was the server missed an EOD run and the I forced it. That was but advanced the BOH day one day, now the systems were out of sync. For details see: " aloha date and report errors, code 6.4.19 " I was running sales > sales > summary and the title date in the report was wrong.- bellasag

I did a refresh again after your last instructions and it has fixed the summary report title to the correct date. Thank-you so much for your assistance, I think I maybe fixed.- bellasag

Have option under Aloha mgr >maintance > store settings > system > date tab; checkbox (state unchecked) " Synchronize POS Time With Back Office Time " Believe it was never selected.- bellasag

Done as instructed, missed your post while I was entering mine. current status is as above. It did regrind after deleting the gnddbf30.xxx file. Only remaining issue is sales reports still shows 27th date in title, but is in the 27th ? Aloha mgr > maintance > store settings > system > date tab...- bellasag

c:\aloha contained folders 20100125 thru 20110924, skipped the 25th and had 20110926. I changed that folder name to 20110925. The sales report screen seems to be ok but the sales report when gen'ed for the 26th shows non reset totals for the last 4 days and 0 sales today which is correct, we're...- bellasag

Thank-you that worked and changed date, refresh data seems to have moved data from terminals to BOH, only one problem remaining from sales sales summary report the dates are wrong. Looks like: today *** today is the 26th 9/26/2011 this sales report contains 4 days reciepts 9/24/2011 ***...- bellasag

aloha sales summary report date errors
On sept 22 we had low power during the EOD (end of day), it didn't complete and terminals had wrong date. Forced EOD and refresh data, things appeared ok. Day seemed to run fine.The reports dates show today being tomorrows date, also the terminals and BOH had different dates. Using this forum...- bellasag
