Thanks for replying each.. I've already checked these things, what seems to have worked is taking the user off the post script drive and onto a PCL, but I won't be sure thats worked until i've left it for a few weeks as it can go for long stretches of time before happening again.

Learn the Jargon, its a lot easier to answer questions if you know what it means, and if you have to guess at an answer you can usually narrow it down if you know what the terms being used mean!

My Windows 98 PC keeps on locking my login on our NT server, I'm sure its my PC doing this & not a problem with the server or someone getting my password wrong as I have checked the login records! Is this a common problem?
