Can the default icons (my computer, recycle bin, etc.) be removed from the desktop? I have all icons on the quick launch toolbar for less clutter but the default ones cannot be deleted. Thanks in advance.

Can the screen saver on Win 2000 be locked so it cannot be changed? We have some employees who tend to put inappropriate screen savers on their workstations, so I am tasked to correct the situation. Thanks.
