If you have MCS 5100 integration, send yourself an IM when you're on the phone, which will light the blue light up. When you are off the phone, retrieve the IM, which will extinguish the blue light. If you do ot have MCS5100 integration, send yourself a voice message, lighting the red light...- beav4lyfe
