Copying outlook contacts and calendar to disk
Hi, I'm changing job and have all my contacts and appointments stored in outlook (97) - in contacts and the calendar. Is there anyway that I can copy these to disk so that I can load them on to my new outlook account when I start my new job. Any ideas appreciated- Beatrix

I'm not sure that this is the solution - or I haven't understood. If I set the default value in the table to be yes - this will happen for every record. Hi, I've created a form off a query (querying that a field = yes), but need when adding a new record for it automatically to fill in a yes in this field (so that it is included in the query).
