Veritas 4.5 restore
Thanks guys...turns out that using this version of veritas with our version of informix shouldnt work anyway so i need to upgrade to veritas 5 and try it again. Thanks for your help BearTax- BearTax

Catalog backups
Thanks Stumpr...I feel I may not have given the correct details for what Im trying to achieve. A backup to tape of the catalog files runs automatically after a successful backup. Veritas 4.5 restore
Hi Im fairly new to this and am trying to restore an informix database using netbackup 4.5. The original backup of said database took approx 2 hours but the restore takes up to 10 times that. Question is...Is there configuration options to multi-thread the backups and restores to speed them...- BearTax
