    Moved Vmpro and IMS to new server

    Moved to a new win2000 sp4 server, IMSgateway does not want to start. I get a Windows error 1053 sevice will not start do to timeout.This error, on MS web site states the .net needs upgraded to 1.1,1.1 is already on the server. I'm on a 406v2 running 3.1 any help would be great

    User line appearance says "Incompatible" - why?

    I have been dealing with this for while now, we think it's the Autohold feature. Think it happens when the user toggles to another call appearance and the first call hangs up( but the appearance key dosn't). just got a patch from Avaya,but they also suggest turning off Autohold.

    Well Avaya is aware of problems with paging teir 3 said if you don't let the page group set up completly, then hang up, your confusing the switch.They are working on a fix.

    The site did n't know they were rebooting, I only noticed when I watched monitor,but yes the sets would be off hook untill you unpluged them or a real reboot.
