It works fine in a browser on http. My default browser is Chrome. Tried switching to IE, same results.- bdevine

Intrigrant, thank you for your reply. what we are describing doesn't open your default web browser. It opens an "app" with no address bar. In task manager it is identified as "CAWebBrowserHost (32 bit)".- bdevine

Avaya One-X Portal / Assistant not working since upgrade
We are experiencing this same issue. Right click and choose One-X portal, brings up a white screen. Did you find a resolution for this?- bdevine
