    Make sure your default gateway is in the same subnet as your IP address of the BCM50. If it's not, you will not be able to change your clock.

    Just read that bullitin yesterday. Tried NTP already. Same thing. It mentions that the crystal in the BCM50 will loose 14 minutes every 24 hours. I can't even change the clock...

    It's the DN of a port you would normally hook a Norstar Telephone up to. Just don't hook a telephone to the port.

    You have to us the DN of an unused port. Remeber that you can't call the CDN internally, you have to call in from an outside line for it to work.

    Call Pilot 100 Config Issue

    Try upgrading the boot load firmare if it is at 1.5.19. Upgrade it to 1.5.21. That might fix it.
