Build a query. Here are all the steps- don't mean to affend you that already know this!
1. Select the first table you want.
2 Add the second table to the query.
3. Join the primary link in both tables:
a. Put cursor in the link field of table one.
b. Press F5 key.

I build a one page list of all the students-needing-transportation to each of 166 schools, each day. The 166 lists are in text format and is produced in Paradox (or could be from Access, or whatever). I would like to email each schools' unigue list to each of the schools.

Yes. Just attach it. The problem is that the person reading it will have to have Crystal Reports or VB on their machine, in order to view it. One option is that they could have a ron-time version of those applications.
A possible solution might be to save the VB or Crystel Reports object as...

You feel 'sorry for us having to use Paradox'? I am professionally a Paradox, Delphi, Access and SQL Server programmer. Delphi + C++Builder + Paradox are much easier to use, than Access. The difference is extreme!

Build a form and
1. Put a drop-down list control on the form.
2. Link the list- control to a small table of table names.
3. In the control's changevalue method, add PAL code to import the text file (from whever it is coming from), to a temp table.
4. Run a query to ADD the temp tables...

How about send a separate email to each address, in a table (Access,Paradox,Excel, whatever)? We have internal addresses, for each of our schools. I want to email (or FTP, or HTTP) the individual results of a query which are specific to each school.
