Having the same issue as well: Unable to open the registry key. (KEY=SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Class\{4D36E968-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}\Properties, EC=ACCESS DENIED) D3421 Any resolution to this problem yet? Thanks!- bbaldwin
