does anyone know what the spec is for ring for the IPO to recognise an incomming call on the analogue trunk module, the equipment we are interfacing with doesnt seem to be supplying a ring that trips the ipo to thinking a call is inbound

unfortunately not, the provider of the app is looking at it however, i guess at that point splitting accross several servers would be best with 150 possible users

we are running a freight tracking app in terminal services on a quad xeon mp box with 16gb ram, raid 1 system, raid 1 for logs and raid 5 for data, all 15k disks, adaptec 2200s controller, frieghts backend DB is foxpro v8. there are around 60 users on the server as foxpro cant be split across...

but there is no way to make both ring at once like parallel?

the way the notes on coverage read says it only rings at the second phone if the main phone doesnt answer the call?

does anyone know if you can have two extensions set as the same number effectivley creating "forking

i guess that could work in a way though, if they turned forwarding off and the virtual extension was in DND then that would in effect make them not recieve calls for the huntgroup?

but with huntgroup enable/disable it doesnt let you specify which extension to enable/disbale, only which huntgroup and assumes the extension you are dialing from or is there another option

i have had a look at the play configuration option but cannot figure out how to set it up for enable/disbale a user in a huntgroup, can you explain further please? Barry

we have some users setup with extensions that forward to mobiles and have huntgroup forwarding set as well, but is there a way from the mobile to enable/disable presence in the huntgroup for the virtual exntension that forwards to them?
