Hi When I divide by a cell reference value that is zero I get the following message #DIV/0!. I understand the problem but for chart purposes would like this to be shown as 0 (zero). ctrl H doesn't work unless I paste as values. Wondering if anyone had a formula or something similar. Cheers

The machine had XP home pre loaded, & I'm using (at the moment) a dial up connection. The machine has an internal 56kbps modem yet the download speed is only showing as 19.2 kbps. I'm hoping that this is something that can be adjusted using XP. Any suggestions/help greatfully received Thanks

Thanks, I'm using IE6 and XP Pro. When I press delete I leave it for 10 mins and then try to cancel, and am told program is no longer responding.
