In order to get the Upgrade utility to recognize the modem, edit the ini file in \Program Files\D-Link\DSLFamily\300upgUtility\dslupg.ini edit the SearchDevices= to read: SearchDevices=DSL-300I,DSL-M,CH-300M, EN-30 That should get you to the next step.- Bas1024
