    Hi All, I need the latest version of BEM with the full installer. I have 3 BCM and I know how to download it from the BCM, but its just a zip file. I could not find a "setup" in the Zip file. Are there instructions on how to install it correctly? I think I am just missing something somewhere...

    Hi. I tried all your suggestions and no luck. I also tried the 4 buttons at the bottom of the screen when you get the NORTEL logo and that does let me get in the settings, but it still prompts for a password. I tried all the usual ones (CONFIG, TELSET, COLOR*SET) and none of them worked. Barney
