We're running 5.5 but if all operates the same, the error you're getting is most likely a problem with your MAPI32.dll file. If you've installed software that's updated that file (Netscape,Mozilla, whatever),GroupWise will have a problem running the install. If you check your system32 directory...- barnesvk
