Why are plain text emails to CRM converted to HTML?
Just found out that apparently CRM can't do this - there is no way to run off the conversion to HTML! Why are plain text emails to CRM converted to HTML?
We have an automated system that fires emails into CRM. We have a workflow and C# routine that associates the emails with an account and contact. The emails are in plaintext to make the C# parsing easier. But the plaintext email is converted to HTML as soon as it is promoted into CRM. Is...- BanzaiBob
