Found out what was going on...It turns out the HTML display size in Groupwise is controlled (at least in my case) by the text size selected in Internet Explorer.

Any HTML in my Groupwise client (ver. 7.0.2) is now displaying noticeably larger than it had previously. Even in the signature section in the options window. One other user in the office has this, too, but the rest of the users have a normal display size. Has anyone else encountered this? I...

You may have a bad touchscreen. There were quite a few WS4's that received touchscreens from a bad batch, and the startup symptoms you report are consistent with that. Your local Micros dealer should have replacements, but they sure aren't cheap. -- Tim

Perhaps you could set the "empty trash" settings to manual, and see if it still happens. If so, that would rule out the user-changeable settings as the culprit.
