Frame Relay is connected to our router, and router is connected to our corporate LAN switch. PC data running together with voice, over that FR, but there is no bandwidth problem (we check it all the time). IP office is connected to LAN switch.

Dear auEric, thanks on response. Actually, the main problem is that connection is established, both sides talk to each other for a while, and then IP Office user hears gaps in conversation (Definity user doesn't faces those problmes).

I am very interested in IP measurments on MG700/S8300, but I don't find any on form: list measurement ..., like I have on Definity system or on S8700 (li meas clan..., li meas ip...). Anybody knows some interesting measurement about IP parameters in the S8300? Thanks in advance

if it isn't too late - you should check up codec set in ip-network-region form, and if it is wan connection , you should have G.729 as a choice (on both side). it seems to me that you have signalling between two sites, but no voice communication, or...

I have a customer with standard reliablity. Definity CMC. He has TN2402 with Soft.Version R011.i.03.0.526.5. I have one spare TN2402 board with Soft.Version 01.0.032.3. Is there any way to make upgrade of spare TN2402 so I can have the same Soft.Version as in customer switch?

mrjedi, if i deploy aar code in administration on the way you suggest, does it mean that every call for ext 4xxx will go through aar analysis?

Anybody knows how (using some tests or examine some errors through ASA) to determine where is problem when isdn-pri is down, is it CO side, or some definity fault. thanks in advance
