Hello all, Does anyone know why Teradata doesnt support the target tables with unique secondary indexes while multiloading .

Fast export is used to export the data from a table, while fastload is used to load an empty table, then i dont understand why you are talking about fastload while exporting data .can you be more specific. regards, balaji.

if u want to change the column definition then you can do it by using alter table tablename modify column coldef or if u want to convert the data before loading in to another table using CAST.
