Thanks for you response. Sets are already programmed on it (DLC). no phones are cross connected yet. I want to move the card '0' from loop 12-0 to card 5 on loop 12-0. I am trying to avoid re-programming or moving one TN at a time.

Does anyone out there know how to move one loop to another on a 61C. For example my loop 12-0-0 needs to move to 12-0-5. Thank you.

When a user leaves a message in another users mailbox and use the call sender feature it does not include the 9. It only send the code and the 4-digit number. How can I get it to attach the 9.

Can anyone tell me how to calculate trunk capacity. For example: I have 735 users and 369 trunks (116 PRI, 72 T-1, 111 COT, 70 LD Tie). How do I tell is this is over trunked or they are okay or need more. Thanks

What's HMS400? All I see is a bunch of analog lines from the dialogic card then into several jacks. A number is dialed gives a recording and is suppose to hunt round robin. A PC with the dialogic software captures the call log, and recording administration. Not sure where to find the port...

That means the set was plugged in a jack that is configured for an analog device. Trace the jack on the frame to see what TN is crossed.
