    Corrupt /usr

    We have had a disk failure on hdisk0 (rootvg), unfortunately there is no mirror, this is because the M/C was built in another location, all data on 2nd SCSI hdisk1, then moved to new location, mirrored down to SSA. Forgot to break the mirror and put hdisk1 back into rootvg and mirror. Now...
