There is a known bug in the DSP software for CME 3.3. You have to reset the DSPs inside the router. You could reboot the whole router and that would do the same thing. But the first option is better because the users never notice.
It will stop the problem for about a month or two, but it's...
I have the same issue also; so if someone know of way please post.
I've actually tried the bogus number scenario, but didn't like it. The reason is after four or five rings they get the message to "check your number and try again." Giving them the impression that they've called the wrong...
While that may work, it sounds complicated. There is a way in CME to adjust the db level of how loud the MOH file should play at. I think that same setting exist in CCM also.

CCM comes with a pretty fully featured Call Center with it. I think you can only have 5 - 10 agent though.
But basically, there's nothing preventing you from doing queing to a hunt group in both CCM or CME.

I'm pretty sure you can queue a call in CCM without having to purchase IPCC Enterprise or Express. I have queing working in CME at a site.
Don't know how to do it in CCM.

The switch now becomes a L3 switch, and everything on vlan2 expects their packet to get out on interface vlan2.
Try assigning a valid ip address (10.11.9.x) to the vlan2...
My first choice would be the PIX 501. But since you're looking for simplicity and ease of setup, The Linksys BEFVP41 is a very good choice also.

In reply to your background info, you're showing that 10.1.1.x on side one is the internal network that you need to connect to from side two. What is the internal network that side one will be connecting to?
Also, in the status of the VPN tunnel, verify that its status is connected; and not...
Background:
We have a router running bgp, and two t1 going to two different ISPs. That way if one T1 goes down, we're not without internet coverage. However, we are in the process of changing our connection to having one T1 going to one ISP, and a 10mbps ethernet connection going to the other...
