Microsoft Word 2003 problem
Thanx for the info guys, I will check on both. Crit updates should have been installed, we try to stay up on that. Not sure about copying contents to a new file. I should have done that before posting here. Friday brain freeze I guess. DOH. Thanx again.- BadAxe

Microsoft Word 2003 problem
Ok I am at a loss. I have a client who received a document that she can not open on her PC. This is the ONLY word doc she can not open, all others open fine. And the word doc opens fine on every other PC I have tried it on. So the document appears fine, and like I said, she has no problems...- BadAxe

No merging?
Ok I setup a server (Win 2K3) and installed Brightstor ARCserve 11. I set a backup to run daily, it backups up 5 servers. The backups have been running fine, but I just noticed today that at the end of the backup, no merging is taking place. Noticing this I decided to try and run a restore...- BadAxe
