Calls Going Straight to Personal Line
Hello, I have an office with three Nortel phones. Normally, when a client it would, it would give them the option to choose between three extensions (221, 222, 223). Now, there is no option to do so and instead the calls are directed straight to Extension 221 and the voicemail greeting plays...- aysal
