    This works now, I never had "anonymous FTP" enabled and was using the wrong directory, once I changed to /pub the backup to 192.11.13.6 worked, I have now downloaded to my PC from 192.11.13.6 Thanks for your ideas

    not sure if this may help or if I'm barking up the wrong tree.... have a look at page 3 of the trunk group form, this allows for incoming translations, you can specify translations for different call lengths here

    PBX Tech thanks for the quick reply; I can now run "update_show" but wrongly assumed that "sudo patch_install" would simply become "sudo update_install" this will not work, please could you give me the equivalent commands for sudo patch_install sudo patch_apply please? I have not done this...

    dialled number list

    The 4620 has this "log" function, missed, incoming answered and outgoing information is held, I don't know of any other handsets that provide this information. I think from r10 or maybe r9.5 onwards you can have a display incoming calls you have missed via msg retrieve
