    Make sure your trunks are unique between the sites as well. If one site is 200, make sure tha the other site is different.

    I woudl use Kentrox Q Series routers. Full VoIP support and they do QoS on an IPSec VPN Tunnel. Most vendors cant do that.

    Which ATM module are you using. The new one has echo cancellation built in. Make sure your ATA device is upgraded to the latest firmware from Packet8. I know a few people that do this exact thing and they had to tweak gains before everything was corrected.
