    Okay I figured out how to add lines to the keys. Turns out a phone number is a "trunk." I didn't know that. So I need to use 9000>221,01 9000>221,01:NONE- (I press "speaker") 9000>221,02:NONE- (speaker) 9000>221,03:D015- So I see there is no trunk assigned to line one or two so I started to...

    I've been there and the only manual with commands that seems applicable is the NEAX 2000 IVS Command Manual and I cannot understand it.

    Also from browsing the boards it seems I'm using a NEC 2000 IVS2 or IPS system. Don't know if that helps or not but there ya go.
