This is an OEM version that came with a new computer. Works fine on a clean hard drive, but won't install over Win98.- avanti63

I tried that. After the program checks the system, a message pops up stating that the machine is already running Win98, and the upgrade version is required. The installation routine then aborts.- avanti63
