ArcServe 11.5 Does not detect Ultrium Tape Drive
Did you verify that tape drive is supported by your version of ArcServe? When we purchased a new LTO Tape Drive I had to check on CA's website first to verify that it was supported. In fact I had to upgrade to ver 11.5 because the drive we wanted wasn't supported by 11.- avanbaelen
